Way before my long 4 month hiatus, I was inspired, and how! I love experimenting with new ingredients, and beef, for me, is definitely new. I’ve had it by mistake quite a few times, and the smell of beef seekh still puts me off. But, then I tried steaks and burgers, and I actually liked beef! It still doesn’t top my list of favourite meats, but I got around to making it at home once. This is now, one of my favourite recipes, although it will be some time till I make it again considering I ate this dish at least 3 times in a row! You can also recreate this dish using lamb strips.
